With an intense red color, an elegant bouquet with hints of red fruit, blackberry jam and hints of violets. The flavor is full-bodied and velvety. We recommend pairing with important first courses and red meats and game.

Vinification: The picked grapes are traditionally vinified by a long maceration of the skins with submerged cap at controlled temperature. Wine is racked off, pumped over and decanted into stainless steel tanks at the end of the malolactic process.

Colour: intense ruby red

Bouquet: Elegant bouquet with notes of red fruit, mulberry jam with scents of violet. Appreciable nuances of vanilla, cocoa, nuts, liquorice and black pepper.

Taste: Full-bodied and velvety. Smooth and balanced tannins.
