Intense red wine, with red berry fruit scents and spicy notes. Full-bodied, harmonic and perfectly tannic taste. It matches incredibly well with pasta main dishes, red meats, game and seasoned cheeses. To be served at 14/16°C.

Vinification
Vinification: Picked grapes are traditionally vinified by means of a long maceration of the skins at a controlled temperature in appropriate stainless steel tanks.The must is frequently pumped over onto marc to ensure colour extraction and aromatic precursors.

Colour: Intense red with light violet highlights.
Bouquet
Bouquet: Intense with mulberry and sour cherry hints, notes of violet and spice.

Taste: Full-bodied and well-structured, endowed with smooth tannins for a pleasant and persistent finish.
