Fresh and full-bodied taste, excellent minerality and rich acid structure. Its liveliness and fragrance enhance its persistence. The retro-olfactory sensations confirm its organoleptic thickness. Perfect as aperitif, ideal with the typical dishes of the Mediterranean fish cuisine.

Vinification
Vinification: White vinification, with soft crushing and pressing of the grapes. Fermentation: A second fermentation of the wine occures with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature in pressure tanks. The foaming lasts 10/15 days.
Colour
Colour: Straw-yellow with fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet
Bouquet: Intense, sage and thyme balsamic fragrances with bloom flowers and acacia blossom nuances.
Taste
Taste: Fresh, full bodied, excellent in minerals and in its acid structure. Aroma and sparkling enhance its length.
