Trebbiano Chichibio DOC is a bio-vegan white wine, which maintains all the characteristics of traditional wines, but it's produced with processes that exclude the use of any substance of animal origin, respecting the dictates of the vegan diet, thus obtaining a biovegan certification.
Vinification: The harvested grapes are softly at low temperature. The must removed from the lees, decanted and fermented at a controlled temperature enhance to the qualities of this grape variety.
Colour: Light straw yellow with greenish tints
Bouquet: Fresh, delicate and fruity.
Taste: Dry, tasty and harmonic.
